For the 38th edition of the Inter-Ex,
the most extraordinary of aeromodeling meetings, it was the MVC Apollo
club from Horst in the Netherlands - a newcomer to the loop - which
made available its infrastructure and its beautiful airfield with short
grass and also equipped with an excellent hard runway.
A large number of models were presented by around fifty pilots. As every year, this meeting offers extreme diversity, the smallest plane weighed only a few grams while the largest reached 20 kilos. Built in wood, foam, canvas, composite materials, 3D printing... With one or more engines, realistic or totally crazy, ultra-simple or hyper-complex... in short, originality is the order of the day, there is something for everyone as you can see in this selection of photos. Congratulations to the members of the MVC Apollo who did a perfect job for a first. Also, a warm thank you to the coordinators
Peter Lambooy and Michiel Niessen who worked all year to ensure the
perfect running of the meeting... and those still to come. Once again, we were amazed... and we leave with our heads full of ideas! The next edition will be held in Germany in early September 2025. More information soon here. |
